The Portable High Vacuum (PHV) is a portable fume extractor designed to remove welding fumes and grinding dust near the pollution source. This portable welding fume extractor is designed to be wall-mounted or as a mobile unit on wheels. The compact PHV welding fume extractor can be used everywhere, especially in locations that are not easily accessible to ordinary extraction arms or mobile units.

The PHV comes with an automatic start/stop feature, making it easy to operate. The welding fumes pass through a five-stage filtration system:
- a metal pre-separator
- an aluminum pre-filter
- the Dura-H main filter
- (optional) activated carbon filter
- a HEPA filter
Filtration starts at the tangential inlet, where larger particles are separated. The PHV also features two spark arresters, to keep your investment safe by preventing welding sparks from reaching the filters. At this point, the Dura-H main filter shines by providing a 99.95% filtration efficiency. Our portable high vacuum fume extractor can also come with an optional activated carbon filter to remove unpleasant odors and smells. All of our units come standard with a HEPA filter.
