MobilePro Mobile Welding Fume Extractor

The MobilePro is a mobile welding fume extractor with optional HEPA after filters and is ideal for stainless steel welding. The MobilePro is a heavy-duty mobile fume extractor designed to remove welding fumes in confined spaces and spaces that are difficult to reach by fixed welding fume extraction systems. It is also suitable for many welding applications including MIG, MAG, TIG, GMAW, FCAW, and stick electrode welding.

This robust fume extractor comes with the KUA extraction arm from Plymovent. The metal arm is durable, easy to adjust throughout the welding session, and allows for 110 degrees of hood positioning.

The MobilePro features a Ram-Air pulse amplifier, a powerful part of the back pulse cleaning system which enhances cleaning efficiency. A Ram-Air pulse amplifier is placed in the filter cartridge and disperses the pulse energy directly to the filter medium. This keeps your filters cleaner and your operational costs low.

BiCo Filter Cartridges

Filter life is not only determined by cleaning efficiency and durability. Most cartridges fail when the bonding breaks. The result is costly filter cartridge replacements. Plymovent’s BiCo polyester filter cartridges are based upon the latest state-of-the-art Bi-Component Technology. This technology guarantees consistent quality and strength which produces a much longer cartridge life. Plymovent cartridges are 100% polyester and washable.
